BEST OF PIKNIC #12

After a sunshower to kick off the day and refresh everybody’s spirits, The Piknic ambiance came out in full force!

Here’s our top moments from this idyllic Piknic (only 10 left gaaaang):

1. Our second and final Piknic at Floralies for the season

Yep. It’s already time to say goodbye to the Jardins des Floralies for the season. The bright side is, boy did we live it up! Thanks to all of our Piknic-lovers who took the extra 15 minute walk in stride and who came out fully motivated to enjoy this wonderful garden paradise. WE’LL MISS YOU FLORALIES!

2. An employee gets a Calder tattoo

Our team has Piknic tattooed in their hearts. One however, now literally has it inked on his leg. We’ve got to shout out this bold employee who’s now part of the Piknic family for life. THAT’s team spirit! #pikniclove

3. Alix plays the Lion King Theme

We all got swept away. Nobody knew what was going on. Yes, it’s true: Alix actually played the Lion King theme. Legend! What a feelgood set, delivered with a giant smile on her face. Bending to popular demand, we even extended her set by an extra 90 minutes. I don’t know what you all thought, but that was magical. Thank you Alix!

4. The guy and our sign

If you saw it, you know what we’re talking about. This one guy really liked our sign and even put the moves on it. #suavemente Welp. Why not? No frenching though.We’ve got the full video, but let’s go with a photo and let your imagination run wild.

5. Two stages, two vibes

Sure there’s two vibes every week, but this go around the contrast couldn’t be more apparent. #2stages2vibes. Something for everybody. Thanks to Konchenn, Hicky & Kalo, Jesse Zotti, Alix and DJ Three for this amazing Piknic!

Next Sunday, we’re back under the Calder for our thirteenth Piknic of 2016 with RAW MOMENTS at the Solotech stage and the gang from Moto Made at the Vidéotron Mobile stage.
