Olivier Borzeix has been making waves locally and internationally for over a decade. Under the pseudonym Bowly, he became one of the earliest ambassadors of UK Grime and UK Funky in Montréal as a member of collectives ESL and Knife & Fork, producing a couple of EPs featuring dirty basslines on labels such as Berkane Sol and Fur Trade Recordings. His recent releases as OJPB on labels such as Lazy Days, Parages and Boogie Café aim to channel the spirit of disco through a decidedly deep house lens.
