J’vlyn d’Ark is an independent artist, DJ, and software developer based in Montreal, QC. Raised in the Deep South of the US, they were reborn in the queer underground and electronic music scenes. By night, they became known for their raves such as Tryst, D’ark Mistress, and Acidalia, and DJing events such as Igloofest, Piknic Electronik, and Faggity Ass Fridays. By day, they work as a researcher and backend developer on software that integrates machine learning and neural networks into audio/visual media workflows.
