Simply City started his in native country (Santiago-Chile) playing in raves and clubs until he wins a local dj competition that made him take a step further with the decision of leaving his country and making DJ his career. In a very short time playing in almost every single country in South America and North America he becomes favorite in Mexico where he used to make the nights on the Riviera Maya even more torrid. Holding a 5 years residency at the infamous after-hour Nectar and due to with his versatility as a DJ he was led him to meet the City of Montreal and rapidly he becomes a standout in the scene through clubs residences and his participation in the biggest events.
After making Montreal his home, he gained a space as resident dj in one of the best clubs in the world “Stereo Montreal” where he enjoys setting up the mood for several main international acts with great success.
From South to Central and North America, Europe and Asia Cesar has teamed up with the biggest names in the industry and festivals.

Simply City brings a fastidious attention to detail to studio productions, which are enjoying a continually growing success releasing music on labels like SudBeat, Hope, Movements, Or Two Strangers, Proton, Renaissance and Global Underground among others having the support from a long list of artists from Hernan Cattaneo to Sasha and from Nick Warren to Guy J.
Due to his hard work, today he is considered the greatest progressive house reference in the city of Montreal.
