FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets from Ticketmaster here. Ticketmaster is our authorised ticket provider. We do not encourage people to purchase tickets via any other means or through third parties. Please be especially wary of anyone selling tickets to you at a higher price than face value, this goes against our affordable pricing policy and is simply not cool.

Every regular show of our season has tickets starting at $20, so we recommend getting in early and buying tickets ahead of time and not leaving it until the week of the show.

Are there door tickets available?

Door tickets can be purchased at the Box Office if Piknic Electronik Melbourne has not already sold out. For the most affordable price, we always recommend buying tickets in advance when possible.

Do I need to print out my ticket or can I show my ticket on my phone?

Tickets on your phone are ok but for speedier entry please have them ready on the screen with your brightness turned up.

Can I leave Piknic Electronik Melbourne and come back in?

There is no exit and re-entry for Piknic Electronik Melbourne.

When is Petit Piknic open?

Due to licensing reasons, Piknic Electronik Melbourne Season 5 will be a solely 18+ event. This means sadly we will not have a Petite Piknic/Family Friendly area this season.

Apologies to the Piknic families who loved to attend, we are sad to lose this important aspect of our event, it was the cornerstone of our brand ethos and we will endeavour to bring it back in future seasons.

Is there a cloak room?

There is a cloak room available on site, personal items can be cloaked for $5.00. We recommend using the cloak room if you have things you want to store instead of stashing them on site, but we do not take responsibility for any items cloaked with us.

Do you have a lost and found?

If you have found something, you can hand it in to any of our Piknic staff. If you have lost something, you will need to contact the Arts Centre on 1300 182 183 to see if it has been found.

What sort of food do you have?

Every week we have invited a selection of Melbourne’s most loved food trucks to provide food for all your Piknic needs. For each weeks offering, we’d suggest you head to our Facebook page.
