Last week’s Piknic #4 featuring Pjenne, Mike Gurreri, Harvey Sutherland & Bermuda LIVE, Tornado Wallace and Juju & Jordash hit all time high records for attendance at Piknic Electronik Melbourne.
The blistering Australian Sun was beating down and temperatures soured to 30 degrees. The heat didn’t hinder the spirits at all.
Even the little ones in our Petit Piknic area didn’t seem to bothered, shaded by the jumping castle and enjoying the face painting. It was an amazing day of dancefloor fun, smiles and family time for some.
This week the Snag Society, the Avocado Hut and Bibelot gelato are all back by popular demand.
Serving up delicious fresh food to sustain you all for a BIG day of techno with Caine Sinclair, family DJ team of Powell FC, Roger Martinez and Piknic favourite Mistress Barbara.
Did you know that Misstress Barbara is one of Piknic Montreal’s favourite DJs? She has been playing on Labor Day in Montreal for the last 10 years and is the only artist that plays every year in Montreal and the only Piknic Montreal resident. Melbourne and Montreal are very much alike in vibe and music appreciation, why don’t you come see for yourself just how close we are when Misstress Barbara closes out our show this weekend at Piknic. Gates open at 2pm and set times can be found HERE.
