Originally from Liverpool, DJ Paul Rowland now makes Montreal his home. Both a successful producer and DJ, he has 3 top 40 singles and numerous remixes under his belt. After 10 years of touring the world with his band and playing vinyl at venues such as Nation (Cream), Liverpool's 051, Garlands and The Guvernment in Toronto, Paul took a break from the scene to focus on achieving new goals in life. All of that changed when he arrived in Montreal. Attending events like Piknic Électronik and Montreal's legendary club Stereo rekindled his energy and passion for the people on the dance floor and in the music scene. Since then Paul has been playing special events, loft parties, landing guest spots at Cherry and Muzique, and opening the ICE HOTEL in Quebec City.

For Montreal's DJ Julian Prince, this art form was sculpted and explored via numerous nocturnal excursions. Dating back to 2001, visits to legendary nightclubs like New York's Twilo, Montreal's Sona and Stereo along with the annual pilgrimage to Miami's Winter Music Conference, sculpted his international and always innovative sound. Julian's music style could be described as a medley of many genres of electronic music combined in a very recognizable style: inspiring melodies, dark but sexy vocals with booty-calling basslines.

Originally hatched in Montreal, but currently based in London, Blond:ish DJ's Anstascia and Vivie-Ann have carved out a unique production recipe which focuses on the art of creating music that is organic and multi-dimensional.  Provocative basslines contrasted with smooth textures and sticky vocals that blend into a genre of house that rebels against being pigeonholed to any specific category. Forthcoming 2012 releases include their psychedelic influenced ‘Lovers In Limbo’ EP out on Kompakt, as well as a determined release schedule for Noir Music, NM2, Get Physical and a live act project for an eminent label that will soon be announced.

Groj’s music braids together implosive minimal with an abundance of twisted rhythmic cycles and hypnotic melodies, all the while preserving a unique sense of simple delivery and original contributions to sound design.  In search of more autonomy, Groj recently launched his own label Box Records for his debut album Promised Land, a swerve to the left of his past dance-floor oriented compositions.  His live show was featured at the precious MUTEK festival last year and this summer he travels to Europe.
