The suspense is finally over. For those of you waiting patiently to find out what the second half of the Piknic season has in store for us, it’ll all be revealed imminently, minus a few surprises we’re keeping up our sleeves for the last minute! Next Wednesday, July 8th, we’ll reveal the second half of Piknic Electronik’s 2015 season program. (...)
Piknic’s global family keeps growing ceaselessly! You could say we’ve definitely caught the travel and adventure bug. Barcelona, Melbourne, Dubai, Paris, Cannes, Lisbon: in total, six international editions of the Piknic have made their mark on the world. More cities are in the pipeline and will be announced soon. May and June down, July on deck! We start off the month with a tasty double-bill weekend courtesy of our friends at Weekends du monde. On Saturday, July 4th, we join forces once again with the venerable cultural celebration to offer a free Saturday Piknic under the Calder (...)
With the heavy rain it's bringing our way, we're obliged to cancel the event today. We know it's not ideal. We're as disappointed as you.

Oh how we were worried that our Piknic would be cancelled! Praying and covering up aren’t rocket science but it did somehow change the weather that showed up that day. We didn’t feel the wrath of (Tropical Storm) Bill as expected. No rain, no storm. Just a nice, little Piknic in our happy, little world. Which was better! Our favourite highlights from the event are right here (...)
Oh yeah! This year, Piknic returns to Week-ends du monde at Parc Jean-Drapeau, once again with two freebie all-day events. HIGH FIVE! The programs for Saturdays, July 4th and 11th were designed especially with the worldly intentions of the hosts in mind, so that music and activities are harmoniously combined. (...)
Heidi put together an all-Carl-Craig-remixes mix to celebrate his first appearance at one of her Jackathon parties this week at Sonar, and (no surprise here) it’s a banger!
